Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. This website offers visitors the opportunity to purchase original contemporary embroidered artwork. Section 1- Online Store terms
In order to use our website and /or receive our services you must of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and posses the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms; a binding agreement.
You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you(including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Section 2- General Conditions

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website we reserve the right to change our products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that might inadvertently occur, or to remove products at anytime.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (Tariffs and Taxes).
Section 3 - Returns and Refunds
For any undamaged product simply return it within its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it or offer a refund-please see our Returns page for further information.

We may without prior notice, change the products or any of the features on offer or create limits for the service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or no reason.
