Embroidered Hoop Artwork
A collection of original contemporary embroidered artwork inspired by items often overlooked, their individual character and beauty and the memories they create.
A first pair of roller-skates, wearing your well worn Converse trainers to see a favourite band, enjoying biscuits with grandparents, walks by the sea or woods, capturing photographs.
Each unique artwork begins as a series of initial studies. This forms the basis of the final image which is delicately illustrated using free motion machine embroidery. Hand embroidered details are added to select pieces to highlight colour and depth.
These pieces are beautifully presented in FSC solid beech wood embroidery hoops to hang in your favourite space or display upon a shelf.
These hoops show the sizes that are currently available from 4" (10 cms) diameter to 12"(30 cms) diameter. Please note not every design is available in every hoop size, please check the size before buying.
